Eco Prints to tell an Eco story

I’ve been sharing the story of this buffer zone along the Trimbelle River in these posts for more than a year ..Last autumn I came and cut some of the plants to use in a dyeing printing method often called eco printing. The prints that were created in two sessions and have been the basis for the body of work I have been creating this past winter and spring. Here’s a bit of the process as it revealed beautiful images I get to enhance and interpret.
